Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services can not process orders to addresses outside the continental United States.

Return Policy: With the exception of defective merchandise, Great Lakes Home Healthcare Services will accept returns of saleable merchandise, in its original packaging, within the first 10 days after delivery provided that the customer pays for the return freight to the location we designate. We can NOT take back items that have been removed from plastic or shrink-wrap. Some items, including but not limited to; stockings, socks, braces and food products are final sales.

REGARDING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: We will accept defective merchandise within 20 days of sale. After 20 days the customer must contact the manufacturer regarding problems with products.

We reserve the right to decline orders with incomplete, inaccurate or unverifiable information. This includes, but is not limited to: names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card information.
